The Work-Study and Internship Law and Four-Year College Amendments

The Work-Study and Internship Law, enacted by the NY Legislature as a two-year pilot program in 2000 and made permanent in 2010 after repeated renewals, amended several sections of the New York State Social Services Law. The “Four-Year College” amendments to the Social Services Law, enacted in March 2014, made additional important changes.
